Friends of the Rappahannock

Free coloring books!  During this time of stay-at-home orders, we thought everyone might enjoy some brand new coloring pages.  Carefully crafted by FOR staff, enjoy coloring seven pages of river plants and animals. Learn about flowers, fish, and birds you can find along the Rappahannock River. Each page has interesting nature facts!

Ristorante Renato - Free Kids Meals!

If you have a child or children or know of any children who need meals please come by the restaurant between 3-5 pm,  Tues-Sun. We are providing a spaghetti dinner, bread and a juice box. Once you get here park in front of the restaurant give us a call 540-371-8228 and let us know how many and we will bring them out.

Step VA - Virtual Group Fun! 

Step VA is a non-profit organization that provides sensory-based theater and arts programs for individuals with disabilities.  Virtual groups are available for a variety of ages/interests!  Stay connected with your STEP VA friends!  Groups will be facilitated by staff, focusing on a theme per week. Games n social time! This is a laid back group, and not a class setting.  It's a "come when you can" group.  Free parenting groups available as well!

YMCA Childcare for Essential Personnel

The YMCA is able to provide special childcare services for all essential personnel for FREE!  For children ages 5 - 12; 6 am - 6:30 pm.
