Braehead Farm is the perfect combination of small marketplace, party venue and children’s learning center. The farm itself has cows, pigs, rabbits, free-range chickens (they are allowed just about everywhere) goats and horses. Kids are encouraged to ask questions and observe the animals. The farm also boasts plenty of open space for children to run around in, a huge sand pile with toys, a treehouse, playground, a hayloft, and swings. Inside the main building, you’ll find a small marketplace where you can purchase homemade pies, milk, ice cream, jellies, jams, honey, produce and more.

During spring, summer and fall, Braehead opens a section of the farm for pick-your-own produce. They also offer seasonal activities such as hayrides and a maze in the fall, and an Easter Egg hunt in the Spring. Braehead Farm does meet and greets with beloved holiday characters like Santa, the Easter Bunny and the Great Pumpkin.
