Meet David Belman, SVP and Commercial Loan Officer
David has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry and is here to serve your commercial lending needs. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Fredericksburg SPCA as treasurer and finance committee chairman. David is also a member of the Fredericksburg Elks Lodge, Fredericksburg Country Club and River Club Church. David is U.S Army Veteran.
Meet Philip Pierce, Business Development Officer
Philip is responsible for developing client relationships and driving deposit growth opportunities in the Fredericksburg region. Working closely with businesses, non-profits and individuals, he serves various industries while building Community Bank’s presence. Philip is a native of Fredericksburg. A member of the Rappahannock Rotary Club, he volunteers for organizations such as Fredericksburg Main Street, the Fredericksburg Area Museum, Micah Ecumenical Ministries and Friends of the Rappahannock.

With the addition of three interactive teller machines (ITMs) at our new Harrison Crossing branch, we’re giving customers one more option. ITMs are a secure, convenient and contactless way to bank. They offer greater transaction capabilities than an ATM, with quick service, extended hours and convenience that fits into a busy modern lifestyle.
While these are an added option, ITMs do not replace the face-to-face service customers have come to expect at our branches.

Teen Checking Accounts
Make sure they’re ready to get that first paycheck by helping your teen set up a Checking Perks Teen Account. These accounts are for children ages 13 through 17. They have no monthly balance requirement and give your teen the freedom to learn about money management with the safety of a joint account. Access to tools like online and mobile banking, e-statements, mobile alerts, a debit card and mobile wallet will help your teen learn the ropes of modern banking before they’re out on their own. A legal guardian must be included on the account.
