Drive Sort Read Flyer

Rappahannock United Way is collecting new and gently used books to be given to Head Start students preparing for Kindergarten.

Please donate! You can purchase new books (check out the Amazon wish list here) or bring in gently used books – specifically for four and five year old children. Please bring your donations to Rappahannock United Way before April 15th.

Rappahannock United Way will also be sorting the books to get them ready for distribution. If you’d like to help with that step, follow this link.

Cooking Autism

Cooking Autism, Inc. is driven to help children with neurological disorders (including autism) learn how to cook. Participants are encouraged to pick up critical communication skills, learn how to work as a team and be more independent. They can build skills in math, reading, and science, and learn about cooking-related topics such as health and nutrition.
