A one-of-a-kind workshop bringing together experts on the topic of feeding children and establishing healthy eating habits.

Dina Rose, PhD, sociologist, popular writer and author of It's Not About The Broccoli, will be discussing "How to Introduce New Foods...So your Kids will Actually Eat Them!" Melanie Potock, MA, CCC-SLP,  founder of My Munch Bug.com, a leading resource for understanding feeding behaviors in all children will be discussing,  "Eating with Seven Senses."  Nimali Fernando, MD, MPH pediatrician and founder of The Doctor Yum Project will be discussing ways to have fun with your kids in the kitchen.

Learn how parents can establish healthy eating habits in practical and tangible ways. All proceeds go to the Doctor Yum Project Preschool Food Adventure Curriculum, serving preschools in Central Virginia.

Refreshments provided by The Harvest Market.
