Therapeutic Tummy Time Group Class

This is a 3- week series, each class is 1 hour in length, and taught by our Doctor of Occupational Therapy.

This class combines knowledge about infant development, full body movement patterns, and vestibular/proprioceptive development to teach you how to most optimally utilize tummy time. Every parent is told about the importance of tummy time, however, they are not always educated on “why”. We teach you an 8-step approach to transition your little one into and out of tummy time and how to support them when they might be struggling. We problem solve various scenarios and help you find the best way to fit tummy time into your daily activities.
