Students returned to the campus of The University of Mary Washington this week for the fall 2022 semester. Classes start Monday, Aug. 22 with more than 750 new students and about 300 transfers.
According to the school’s press release, it’s 2022 entering class is its most diverse, with nearly 37% of incoming students identifying as racially or ethnically diverse. This class also includes many students from countries around the world, such as Australia, Bangladesh and Uganda.
