His philosophy is that “exercise is one of the most potent medicines you can self-administer, and it’s free.”
James specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning with an emphasis on form and technique, metabolic igniting circuit training, powerlifting and nutritional counseling.
Jonalyn Barcarse. A certified personal trainer, Barcarse discovered her love of fitness in the Marine Corps. Her desire to help others reach health and fitness goals led her to learn more about fitness and nutrition. Her philosophy is “Mentality [is greater than] Size.”
Matthew Delahoussaye. Triton’s lead trainer, Delahoussaye specializes in corrective exercise and powerlifting. After two knee dislocations, he began working out with one goal when he became healthy: weight loss.
