Fit 4 Mom Fredericksburg

For women seeking fitness classes and a support network for every stage of motherhood, FIT4MOM Fredericksburg has the perfect program. This prenatal and postnatal fitness and wellness program gives moms an opportunity to be strong in body, mind and spirit.

With Stroller Strides, moms power walk and participate in strength and body toning exercises with certified and trained instructors, who add songs and activities to entertain little ones.

For moms who want to get their bodies back in shape after having a child—or if their last child is in college—there’s Body Back. Moms will have all the support they need with Body Back, including a meal plan and workout DVDs by Fit For Moms Founder Lisa Druxman, two workouts a week, online coaching and support and more.

Fit4MOM also offers Strides 360 created to increase endurance and develop speed, agility and quickness. Stroller Barre, a cardio and strength interval class, helps to improve posture, stability and mobility. Moms-to-be participate in selected exercises to prepare their bodies for the changes experienced during pregnancy in FIT4BABY.

Another great way to get moms, friends, family and kids together is the Run Club Meet Up, where a coach leads a warmup, and participants run various distances to meet their skill levels. The Run Club+ is an eight-week, guided training program for individuals training for a specific goal or want the support and structure of the class.

Lastly, Body Ignite targets muscles with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar to make individuals stronger and more energized. The program increases metabolism, athleticism and the ability to lift, push and more. Mamawell, a 42-week online course, incorporates modern wisdom and whole-body guidance for a journey into motherhood.
