Earth Day Festival – Virtual BioBlitz

Post observations and help identify species in the iNaturalist app. Contest for four of our parks-Motts Run, Old Mill, Dixon and Alum Spring. Most species recorded wins! 

 

Chalk & Talk Art Contest

Create works of art along a trail or sidewalk expressing an Earth Day theme. You can use your own chalk or pick up a set at one of the designated locations (more info to come).

Earth Day Concert

Join us for a fun drive-in concert, food vendors and live educational demos.  

Earth Day Movie Night

Celebrate Earth Day with us by bringing out the whole family for a drive-in movie night, featuring The Lorax. Food vendors and live educational demos too.

 

Herbs Galore & More

Dozens of plant and craft vendors from the mid-Atlantic region selling herbs, annuals, perennials, trees, vegetables and garden goods. Live music and a delicious variety of food trucks!  Plenty of space to enjoy the day.
