(Walk-up registrations will be accepted all afternoon at the event.)

Here's the scoop:

1 First round voting for the contest happens on our Facebook page. The top winners in each age category (ages 0-5 and 6+) will move on to round 2 voting on our website.

2 There are 5 fast passes available per 30 minute time slot. If you have more than one child, you need to buy more than one fast pass. You can come to the center court at Spotsylvania Towne Centre anytime in that 30 minute window and go to the front of the line. If someone else with a fast pass for that time slot is there before you, you will be placed behind them in line. Thanks for your cooperation!

3 You can change the quantity on your purchase once you are redirected to PayPal. If you are buying for more than one child, please type all the names and ages into the boxes before clicking Buy Now.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What time can I set up and tear down?

Answer: Vendors are welcome to set up at 8:30 am. Spotsylvania Towne Centre does not open until 10 am, however you will be able to enter the mall through the entrance door near the Guitar Center to the left of the main entrance to ensure that your vendor space is set up by the start of BTS expo at 10 am. BTS expo lasts until 4:00 pm. At the conclusion of the expo tear down begins immediately from 4:00 - 5:00 pm. All items must be removed from the mall by 5:00 p.m.

Where should I park?

Answer: Vendors should park to the left of the main entrance by the Guitar Center.

What is included with my vendor space?

Answer: Each vendor will receive one 8-foot table, two chairs, a teal table cover and the option of electricity in their vendor space. First come first serve. Presenting sponsors will have two 8-foot tables, four chairs, two teal table covers and the option of electricity. Presenting sponsors will receive special signage at their tables to indicate that they are sponsors. All vendors are invited to our orientation session and will have access to a specially designed Facebook cover photo for use on business pages to promote the event. Presenting sponsors will have their logo on various posters and marketing materials as well as on the photo backdrop on the stage where event entertainment is performing. There will also be special signs noting presenting sponsor status. Water bottles will be provided for all vendors.

Table Assignments are below. We are running a scavenger hunt that asks our visitors to get 10 stamps or signatures from the 40 available booths in exchange for a coupon for a free bowling session at Liberty Lanes and the chance to win a Chick-fil-a birthday party. Please be ready to stamp or sign the scavenger hunt cards when the visitors come by!

Are there restrictions as to what can be brought into the mall and what can be given out at a booth?

Answer: Yes, certain restrictions apply. The mall prohibits anything that directly competes with their businesses. For example, vendors should refrain from food items. Small prizes, most candy, organized crafts and activities run from your vendor space should be acceptable and are welcome. If FredParent is contacted with activity descriptions in advance, we will promote said activities through our social media. You can provide us with activity information.

Who is eligible to be a Back to School expo vendor?

Answer: Businessess and non-profits alike including school boards, etc are all welcome to take part in the BTS expo. After school activities, tutoring, photographers, hair salons, and more are all perfect fits for the expo. The mall prohibits companies that directly compete with businesses and services located in the mall stores and/or food court area. Clothing, candles, books, food, etc. may NOT be sold or offered in vendor space during the Back to School expo.
