Get kids to try new foods by making it fun. Make a food passport for kids to record the new foods they try from different countries. Use our "Yum Score" to get kids to try food and describe what tastes and textures they like and don't like. Tools to make food passports and our downloadable "Yum Score" are both available on www.doctoryum.com

The Doctor Yum Project is now offering a FREE shopping classes at two area grocery stores. The class is aimed at showing families how to get organized and save money while preparing healthy recipes. In May we are offering our "Cooking Adventure" for kids age 7-12 to learn seasonal, plant-based cooking. Look for our summer camps, which will be announced soon too!

We are looking for volunteers. Dieticians and mental health providers are needed to help us launch an Obesity support group for families called "Project Share."

Information on classes and volunteering can be found at: www.doctoryum.com
