Music on the Steps Begins Monday, June 6


Grab your lawn chairs and picnic baskets, and get ready for the 31st annual Music on the Steps!


The Central Rappahannock Regional Library’s popular summer concert series kicks off with The Dixie Power Trio on Monday, June 6, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., on the steps of Headquarters Library at 1201 Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg.


Join us each Monday in June, July, and August, for an hour of great live music.

All concerts take place on the steps of Headquarters Library, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. In case of inclement weather, the concerts will be held in the Headquarters Library theater.

This month Pouches learned about a very important resource for families who have lost loved ones to sudden tragedy, an organization called LLOST.

keepsake box

The foundation has helped 44 hospitals in 22 states through their Treasured Memories program. The program sends nurses to bereavement training, and provides or supplements the $55 memory boxes that include clothes, booties, handknot blankets, pictures, foot prints, hand prints, clipped hair and other mementos.
