City of Fredericksburg Announces 2014 Christmas Parade Sponsors

Fredericksburg, VA (October 20, 2014) – The City of Fredericksburg is proud to officially announce our 2014 Fredericksburg Christmas Parade sponsors; Rosner Automotive Group as the Title Sponsor and B101.5 as the Media Sponsor. The parade will be held on Saturday, December 6 at 5:30pm in Downtown Fredericksburg.

Both Rosner Automotive Group and B101.5 represent the embodiment and dedication of community spirit and are the ideal sponsors of the parade. “We could not have handpicked better sponsors for this parade,” said Wendy Stone of Fredericksburg Parks & Recreation. “Both organizations have deep ties within the Rappahannock Region with their dedication to similar community outreach. We are so excited to work with them to bring the City a phenomenal event.”

Rosner’s President Clay Huber says, “The Rosner Automotive Group is proud and honored to be a part of this long standing community event. We know that attending the parade is a very meaningful tradition for a lot of people and felt strongly that we should be involved. We are truly excited and looking forward to this year’s parade!”

"B101.5 has long been associated with the Fredericksburg Christmas Parade and we're proud to play an even bigger role in this wonderful holiday tradition," said Chuck Archer, Operations Manager of B101.5 radio. "Thanks to Melvin Brown and Videomann Productions, we will once again stream the Christmas parade live with B101.5's Chris and Dee hosting the broadcast. This will allow those who are shut-in or unable to join us downtown to enjoy the energy of the parade from their living rooms."

This year’s theme will be “All I want for Christmas.” Parade entries are still being accepted until November 1, 2014.
