Expectant Moms! Dragonfly Yoga is offering a Mother's Day prenatal workshop on Sunday, May 11 from 1 – 2:30, just for you!
This 90 minute active prenatal workshop will help prepare mama's body for labor and motherhood. We'll work hard while safely flowing through strengthening and stretching postures and exercises; ending with guided deep relaxation. Modifications will be offered to make the practice accessible to all fitness levels. This workshop is designed to empower mamas and make them feel good throughout all stages of pregnancy.
