Smart Beginnings Rappahannock Area Recognizes Star-Rated Early Learning Centers

smart-beginnings-logoFredericksburg, VA, (June 3, 2013) - Smart Beginnings Rappahannock Area (SBRA), a community-based coalition devoted to improving access to high quality early childhood education in the region, recently recognized nineteen child care centers and preschools who are star-rated through the Virginia Star Quality Initiative (VSQI).

The Virginia Star Quality Initiative is a statewide voluntary program designed to assist child care providers in their efforts to assess and improve the quality of their services.
