Smart Beginnings Rappahannock Area (SBRA) is excited to be participating in the Virginia Early Childhood Needs Assessment through James Madison University. The purpose of this study is to understand the strengths and weaknesses related to early childhood care, education, and/or services.

Please join us in a one-hour focus group to share your knowledge and insight into early childhood. Your feedback is critical in providing information that assists policy makers in identifying resources and approaches to improve the quality and accessibility of early childhood education and care for young children in Virginia.

Imagine how an abused child feels when a group of large bikers rides up to their house, inducts them into their club and then escorts them to court to testify against their abuser.
