We offer a free monthly mother-to-mother breastfeeding support meeting that focuses on the unique needs of nursing toddlers and extended nursing. MOMS Club of Spotsylvania-Central. The Spotsylvania-Central MOMS Club is changing its monthly Membership Meeting date and location. There is also a special event planned in October for moms who want to learn more about the MOMS Club and become part of this important group of Moms Offering Moms Support.
Please join the Spotsylvania-Central MOMS Club at Salem Church Library the first Tuesday of every month, beginning in September, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. for the Membership Meeting. Refreshments, community speakers, children's toys, and socialization with other moms and their children.
An Open House is planned for the October meeting, Tuesday, Oct. 6 at Salem Church Library from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Face Painting, representatives from area businesses, displays on the Spotsylvania Central MOMS Club community service projects, children's toys, refreshments, and more!

MOMS Club of Chancellor holds a monthly meeting on the first Monday of every month at Salem Church Library from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. The MOMS Club of Chancellor, covering the western half of Spotsylvania County, is a local chapter of an international non-profit organization that supports stay-at-home mothers. The chapter offers playgroups for children and special programs for mothers, including book club, sewing club, coffee talk, and lecture series. The members also perform service projects several times a year that benefit children and their families. Most events are held during weekdays, when S.A.H.M. need us most, and mothers are always encouraged to bring their children. The Family Childbirth Circle. 2nd Tuesdays. 7-8:30pm. Salem Church Library. Free monthly meeting of interest to those who are considering pregnancy, expecting, or have a new baby. Hosted by childbirth and postpartum professionals. A different topic relating to pregnancy, childbirth, or the newborn period is addressed each month, plus freeform discussion and Q&A time.
